Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: Currently, we accept cash, check, Venmo or Paypal. We are hoping to support credit/debit cards in the coming months!
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We offer local delivery in the Rochester area for a small fee. Products are also always available for pickup as well.
Q: Do I have to pay tax on the price of a prebuilt?
A: All taxes and fees are included in the price listed for our prebuilts. The price listed is what you pay.
Q: How long does it take for my computer to be built?
A: Typically, it takes a week for all the parts to ship to us. Once we have all the parts ready, we build the computer that same day. In some cases, parts will take longer to arrive than usual, which will be indicated by the [Longer Wait] tag next to the title. If a retailer is offering expedited shipping, you can choose to pay for that when completing the order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our standard return window is 7 days. This can vary with each order, which we will communicate upon receiving your order.
Q: What if my computer breaks down?
A: Our builds are completely serviceable. You can contact us by email if anything goes wrong, and we can schedule a drop-off or we will make a house call. For the first year of owning your PC, there is no labor charge for any repairs needed. All you pay for is the cost of parts. For PCs not sold by Moose's PCs, and for PCs over a year old, we will calculate a labor charge based on the repairs needed.
